According to the sources of Neowin, the leaked build of Windows 8 M1 is legitimate and this build of Windows 8 is currently available on a private FTP server site and has made its way to a public torrent websites. Windows 8 is expected to enter beta, possibly as soon as this fall, with OEM availability in late 2012 and possible retail availability in January 2013.
