more interesting than the outage because it’s not a technology problem, it’s just indifference. They’ll issue some statement around the outage like they did last time, and it’s clearly an engineering issue. But there are people who actually run the Yahoo Shopping site and are responsible for promoting this and that, and nearly 24 hours after the holiday is over they’ve still got it up as their main promotion. Not a good sign.

Will the last person out please turn the lights back on?
