Google responded with denials and denunciations Tuesday to a patent infringement lawsuit filed by fellow tech giant Oracle over Google’s open source Android mobile OS.

Google denied the patents were legitimate, called Oracle hypocritical for suing over open source software, and asked for the suit to be thrown out immediately.
